Description

These Air Fryer Maple BBQ Potatoes are crispy, tender, and coated in a sweet, smoky maple BBQ rub. A quick, easy, and flavorful side dish perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or BBQs.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large Potatoes, Russet or Red
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons maple BBQ rub

Instructions

  • Start by slicing the 2 large Potatoes into 1/4 inch pieces.
  • Place the cut potatoes into a large mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Rub in the 2 tablespoons maple BBQ rub.
  • Spread the potatoes out on the air fryer tray or air fryer basket, and set them in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F (air fryer setting)
  • Just before serving, sprinkle some more salt onto the wedges.
