Description

Learn how to make crispy and chewy Air Fryer Macaroons with coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate chips. A delicious, easy dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In.a large bowl, combine the unsweetened coconut flakes and sweetened condensed milk; mix until well blended. 
  • Line your air fryer basket with cookie parchment paper, add about two teaspoons of batter on top, leave space around the cookies, set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 7 to 9 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave, per the package's instructions, and drizzle over the cooked macaroons!
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
