Description

Loaded Air Fryer Nachos feature layers of crispy tortilla chips, tender pulled pork, black beans, gooey cheese, and all your favorite toppings.

Ingredients 

  • 5 corn tortillas
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup pulled pork, cooked and warmed
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olives, diced

Instructions

  • Cut corn tortillas into triangles to create chips. Place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  • Once the chips are done, layer them on a large plate or a baking dish. Start with a base of tortilla chips, then add pulled pork, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Return the loaded nachos to the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer. Top with guacamole, crumbled bacon, and sliced olives.
