Air Fryer Loaded Potato Rounds feature sliced potatoes that are cooked until slightly crispy on the outside and topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives.
Ingredients
2largeRusset potatoes
1teaspoonkosher salt, or sea salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsolive oil
Toppings: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Bacon, Sour Cream, etc.
Instructions
Wash and Dry the potatoes with cold water, and then dry them with paper towels or kitchen towels. Cut the potatoes into 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick using a sharp knife. Place the potato slices into a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and seasonings, and toss well to coat the potatoes.
Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer, set the cooking temperature to 370 degrees F using the air fryer setting, and set the cooking time for 10-15 minutes. For best results, flip the potatoes halfway during the cooking process. Remove when fork tender and golden brown.
Add your favorite toppings. If you want melty cheese, add the chees to the potato slices, and allow the air fryer to cook for 2-3 minutes more.
