Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Transfer the cheesy bacon fries to a serving plate.
Dollop sour cream on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Add sliced jalapeños if you like a bit of heat.
