These air fryer lamb meatballs are a delicious fusion of Mediterranean spices — juicy, tender meat with a crisp exterior. Perfect as an appetizer or main course, and ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1poundground lamb
1/2cuponion, finely diced
3teaspoonsgarlic, minced
1/4cupbreadcrumbs
1largeegg, beaten
2tablespoonsfresh parsley
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonground coriander
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined. Preheat the air fryer for 3–5 minutes at 350°F and spray the basket with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil (do not use parchment paper).
Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space around each. Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove when the internal temperature reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with tzatziki, lemon, or your favorite Mediterranean sides.
