Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Jicama, Cut into French Fry Shapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Begin by boiling the jicama fries for 10-12 minutes until they’re tender. This crucial step ensures they cook evenly and crisp up perfectly in the air fryer.
  • Drain the jicama fries and transfer them to a large bowl. Coat them with olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss thoroughly to ensure they’re evenly seasoned.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the seasoned jicama fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Once the fries are crispy and golden, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious, low-carb jicama fries!
