Easy Air Fryer IHOP Cheeseburger Omelette recipe with juicy ground beef, fluffy eggs, hashbrowns, and melted cheese. Perfect for a quick, protein-packed breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
1/2poundground beef, lean ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken
1/2cuphashbrowns, cooked
4largeeggs
2tablespoonsheavy cream
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Toppings:
1/2cupcheddar cheese, shredded
1tablespoontomatoes, diced
1tablespoonpickles, diced
1tablespoonketchup
1tablespoonyellow mustard
Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the 1/2 pound ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Once cooked, remove from the heat.
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F for a few minutes. Whisk the 4 large eggs and 2 tablespoons heavy cream in a small bowl until well beaten. Season with 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Pour the eggs into a nonstick cooking pan, place the baking pan into the air fryer basket, and set the cooking temperature to 350 degrees F and the cooking time for 4 minutes; when the time is up, sprinkle the cooked ground beef on top, shredded cooked 1/2 cup hashbrowns, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top, and cook for another 5-6 minutes at 330 degrees F, using air fryer setting.
Add more shredded cheese, add your favorite cheeseburger toppings, and fresh herbs right before serving.
