Description

Juicy air fryer pork chops in a sticky honey garlic glaze — a 24-minute weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, 1-inch, boneless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with the salt and black pepper.
  • Place the chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Meanwhile, combine the olive oil and minced garlic in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat about 1 minute, until fragrant. Do not let the garlic brown.
  • Stir in the honey, lemon juice, and sweet chili sauce.
  • Return to a slow simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Remove the chops when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F at the thickest part.
  • Rest the chops 3–5 minutes, then plate and spoon the honey garlic sauce over the top.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional

Notes

Cook times vary by thickness — see the chart in the post. Always cook to 145°F rather than to the clock. Sauce goes on after cooking, never before; honey burns at 400°F.
