24mini soft taco bowls
1/2cupshredded Mexican cheese
1cupshredded lettuce
1cupsalsa or pico de gallo
1/2cupsour cream
2tablespoonschopped cilantro
Cooking spray or parchment paper, optional
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it into crumbles, and cook 1 minute. Stir in taco seasoning and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 3–5 minutes. Fill each taco bowl with about 3 tablespoons of beef and a pinch of cheese. Air fry in a single layer for 3–5 minutes, until crisp and melty.
Top with lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro-lime sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
