Description

Air Fryer Ground Beef Taco Bowls come together in just 15 minutes! Crispy mini taco shells filled with seasoned ground beef and melty cheese, then loaded with your favorite fresh toppings. An easy, customizable weeknight dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 24 mini soft taco bowls
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper, optional

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, break it into crumbles, and cook 1 minute. Stir in taco seasoning and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 3–5 minutes. Fill each taco bowl with about 3 tablespoons of beef and a pinch of cheese. Air fry in a single layer for 3–5 minutes, until crisp and melty.
  • Top with lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro-lime sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
