Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
