These juicy Air Fryer Greek Chicken Burgers combine lean ground chicken, briny feta, garlic, and oregano, topped with cool tzatziki for a fast, flavorful Mediterranean dinner ready in about 20 minutes.
Ingredients
For the Greek chicken burgers:
1poundground chicken, or ground turkey
1/4cupfeta cheese, crumbled
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1teaspoondried oregano
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes, optional
2tablespoonsbreadcrumbs, optional, for binding
1largeegg, optional, for binding
For serving (optional):
4hamburger buns, or pita breads
1/4cuptzatziki sauce
1largecucumber, sliced
1largetomato, sliced
1smallred onion, sliced
1/4cupspinach leaves, or lettuce leaves

Instructions
In a medium bowl, gently combine the ground chicken, crumbled feta, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and the breadcrumbs and egg if using. Mix just until incorporated — do not overwork.
With damp or lightly oiled hands, divide the mixture into 4 equal patties of even thickness, pressing a shallow dimple into the center of each. Chill 15–20 minutes if the mixture is too soft to shape.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Lightly grease the basket and arrange the patties in a single layer without touching.
Air fry for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assemble each burger with tzatziki, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and greens. Serve immediately.
