Description

Delicious Air Fryer Grapefruit recipe with caramelized brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and a creamy Greek yogurt topping. Perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large pink grapefruits, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey, preferably local
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, for serving
  • 1/4 cup Granola, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut 2 large pink grapefruits in half and carefully remove any seeds.
  • Sprinkle each grapefruit half with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon evenly over the top.
  • Place the grapefruit halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the sugar caramelizes and the grapefruit is tender.
  • Remove from the air fryer and drizzle each half with 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of granola on top for added crunch.
