Description

Air Fryer General Tso's Pork is one of my favorite meals in the air fryer. This is a twist on my famous chicken recipe, and it's fantastic. I love making complete meals in my air fryer, and this one is no different!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, Minced, adjusted to taste
  • 1 ¼ pounds pork tenderloin, cut into cuts about ¼ inch thick pieces
  • ½ cup General Tso’s Stir Fry Sauce
  • 12 ounces French Green Beans, frozen
  • 10 ounces carrots, shredded
  • 30 ounces Rice, Serving

Instructions

  • Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, add the diced pork tenderloin, olive oil, minced garlic, shredded carrots, green beans, and General Tso's sauce.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the pork mixture in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they're not touching each other. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork is golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
  • Serve the General Tso's pork immediately over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
