Buttery, flaky air fryer salmon brushed with garlic lime butter and ready in about 15 minutes. This keto, low-carb dinner has just 2g net carbs per serving — no honey, no breading, all flavor.
Ingredients
1lbsalmon, 2 fillets, about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless
3tablespoonsunsalted butter
1tablespoonfresh lime juice, about 1 lime
1teaspoonlime zest
2teaspoonsminced garlic
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or cilantro and lime wedges, to serve
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the garlic, lime juice, and lime zest and cook about 60 seconds, until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Pat the salmon fillets very dry. Place them in the air fryer basket, skin side down, with space between them.
Brush the fillets generously with the garlic lime butter, then season with salt and pepper.
Air fry at 390°F for 7–10 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F at the thickest part.
Spoon over any remaining butter, scatter with herbs, and serve with lime wedges.
