In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Set aside to infuse while you prepare the dough.
Unroll the crescent dough on a flat surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
Brush each triangle lightly with the garlic butter, reserving about half the mixture for later.
Roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point. Curve the ends inward for a crescent shape.
Grease the air fryer basket or tray with brushed oil (avoid aerosol nonstick spray). Arrange the rolls point side down with space between each one — they will expand. Work in batches of about 4 in a standard basket.
Brush the tops with more of the garlic butter, reserving a little for finishing.
Air fry at 320°F for 7 to 9 minutes, until golden brown. Flip halfway if your model browns unevenly. Larger oven-style air fryers may need up to 12 minutes.
Brush the hot rolls with the remaining garlic butter as soon as they come out of the basket. Serve warm.
