These beautiful Hasselback potatoes are surprisingly simple to make! When cooked in the air fryer, they turn out crispy and golden on the outside while remaining tender inside.
Ingredients
4medium sized Russet potatoes
4tablespoonsmelted butter
1teaspoonparsley
1teaspoonthyme
1teaspoonrosemary
1teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Start by washing and trying your potatoes. Then use either the Hasselback Tool or the Chopstick method, and cut the potatoes, leaving about 1/2 inch at the bottom.
In a small bowl mix the butter, minced garlic and herbs.
Place your potatoes into the Air Fryer Basket, and brush on the butter/garlic/herb mixture on top of the potatoes with a pastry brush. Set the timer for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
