- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. 
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). 
- Place wings in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed). 
- Air fry for 24–26 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown. 
- While the wings cook, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. 
- Mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl and stir it into the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened. 
- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic-ginger sauce over the wings and toss to coat. 
- Top with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
