1 1/2teaspoonGarlic Powder, adjust to taste
1 1/2teaspoonOnion Powder, adjust to taste
1 1/2teaspoonPaprika , adjust to taste
1 1/2teaspoonSalt, adjust to taste
3/4teaspoonBlack Pepper , adjust to taste
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. Starting hot helps the outside cook evenly.
Lightly brush the 2 pounds Frozen Pork Tenderloin with 3 tablespoons Olive Oil. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika , 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt, and 3/4 teaspoon Black Pepper over all sides. Press the seasoning in so it sticks.
Place the frozen tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
Flip the pork over and cook for another 15–25 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
