Dry Rub
½cupbrown sugar
2tablespoonschili powder
2tablespoonssmoked paprika
2teaspoonsground cumin
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoonoregano
1teaspoonground mustard
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place the frozen pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 5–8 minutes, until the surface softens enough to hold seasoning.
Meanwhile, combine all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
Brush the chops lightly with olive oil, then rub the seasoning over both sides.
Return the chops to the basket and cook at 380°F for 12–16 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read thermometer.
Rest 3–5 minutes before serving so the juices redistribute.
