12ouncesfrozen artichoke hearts, no need to thaw
1tablespoonsolive oil, or avocado oil / cooking spray
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Add the frozen artichoke hearts to the air fryer basket. Drizzle or spray with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss to coat.
Spread in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Cook until the edges are golden brown and crisp and the centers are tender. Add 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon and your favorite dipping sauce.
