Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sparkling sugar, optional
  • 2 teaspoons rolled oats, optional

Instructions

  • Start with a ripe banana. Peel.
  • Slice your bananas into evenly sized pieces and spray your air fryer tray with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray.
  • Mix together the sugar, ground cinnamon, and rolled oats in a small bowl. Dip the banana slices into the mixture, then place them on the prepared tray.
  • Air fry the bananas at 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 4-8 minutes.
