Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup spinach, frozen, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter,
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Thaw the spinach and squeeze out all excess moisture. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • In a large bowl, combine the garlic butter, drained spinach, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, then slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the rounds in a single layer without touching.
  • Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F (175°C) and set cook time for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping!
