2English muffins, split in half with a fork
1teaspoonolive oil
½cuppizza sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
¼cupmini pepperoni

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
Split English muffins with a fork. Brush cut sides lightly with olive oil. Place cut-side up in basket. Air fry 2 minutes — this is the pre-toast that prevents sogginess.
Remove muffins. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each half.
Top with shredded mozzarella, pressing it down firmly. Add pepperoni and other toppings, pressing those down too.
Return to air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and edges are golden.
Rest 1 minute. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Serve hot.
