Description

Looking for a quick and satisfying dinner idea? This Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Casserole combines classic pizza flavors with easy, casserole-style convenience. It’s loaded with layers of pasta, gooey cheese, and plenty of pepperoni, all baked to bubbly perfection in the air fryer. Perfect for busy weeknights, family dinners, or anyone craving a delicious twist on traditional pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 8 ounces pizza sauce, or marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Cut the Pillsbury biscuits into quarters. This helps them cook evenly and blend well into the casserole.
  • In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with marinara sauce, making sure each piece is well-coated. Add in shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, stirring to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  • Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish, then spread the mixture into it in an even layer. Top with a little extra cheese and more pepperoni slices if desired for a crisp finish.
  • Place the dish in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Check halfway through to ensure even cooking.
