Instructions
Wash the oranges thoroughly, then slice them into even pieces about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Uniform slices ensure even drying.
Arrange the orange slices in a single layer on the air fryer basket or tray. Avoid overlapping to allow for proper airflow.
Set the air fryer to 120°F (50°C) or the “dehydrate” setting, if available. Let the oranges dry, checking them every 20-30 minutes to monitor their progress. It can take a few hours, depending on the thickness of the slices.
Once the slices are fully dehydrated to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks or longer if using them for crafts
