Description

Bake rich, soft, and moist Air Fryer Double Chocolate Chip Muffins loaded with chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick chocolatey dessert anytime.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon saltand 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and melted 4 tablespoons butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or ramekins. Spoon batter into cups, filling about two-thirds full.
  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place muffins in basket and cook 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Carefully remove muffins and let cool slightly before serving.
