Bake rich, soft, and moist Air Fryer Double Chocolate Chip Muffins loaded with chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick chocolatey dessert anytime.
Ingredients
1 1/4cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1cupbittersweet chocolate chips
3/4cupmilk
1/2cupbrown sugar
4tablespoonsbutter, unsalted and melted
1tablespoonvegetable oil
2largeeggs
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon saltand 1 teaspoon baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup milk1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and melted 4 tablespoons butter until smooth.
Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or ramekins. Spoon batter into cups, filling about two-thirds full.
Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place muffins in basket and cook 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Carefully remove muffins and let cool slightly before serving.
