Easy Air Fryer Cranberry and Walnut Bundt Cake recipe with a tender crumb, tart cranberries, and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
3/4cupbutter, room temperature
1 1/4cupgranulated sugar
2largeeggs
1 cupall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2cupwalnuts, diced
2cupcranberries, diced, fresh or dried
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the 3/4 cup butter and 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Fold in the 2 large eggs, and mix well.
Mix in the 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder mix well.
Fold in the diced 1/2 cup walnuts and 2 cup cranberries
Spray your Bundt pan generously with olive oil or cooking spray.
Pour the prepared batter into the prepared pan.
Set in the air fryer and set the air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F and set cook time for 20-25 minutes. (air fryer setting)
Check and make sure the cake is fully cooked. The exact time will depend on your air fryer and the pan you use.
