Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups dried elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 8 ounces Velveeta Cheese, diced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 8-10 minutes, using an air fryer setting. While the air fryer is heating.
  • In a large bowl add the macaroni noodles, half and half, Velveeta, 1 cup of the cheddar, butter, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne, and salt, and mix well to combine.
  • Spray an air fryer baking dish with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish. Air fry for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Add the remaining cheese and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted and slightly browned.
  • Serve with your favorite hot sauce!
