Ingredients 

  • 2 ears corn, husks intact
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the ears of corn, husks and all, directly into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning the corn halfway through cooking to ensure even heat.
  • Carefully remove the corn from the air fryer (it will be hot). Peel back the husks and remove the silks.
  • Serve with butter, salt, pepper, and lime wedges if desired.
