Description

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is a quick and easy way to enjoy perfectly cooked corn with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy kernels. Simply season the corn, pop it into the air fryer, and in under 20 minutes, you'll have a delicious side dish ready to serve. It’s the perfect addition to any meal or a tasty snack on its own!

Ingredients 

  • 2 ears corn, shucked and with silks removed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil , or cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter, optional

Instructions

  • Brush (or spray) the corn with olive oil and sprinkle over the salt. Make sure to cover all sides of the corn!
  • Add the corn to the air fryer temperature and set cook time to 375 degrees F, set cook time for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process.
  • While the corn is still warm, spread over the butter. Garnish with any additional seasonings and enjoy.
  • Store any leftover corn in an airtight container, in the refrigerator.
