Description

Soft, chewy cookies packed with white chocolate chips, made quickly in the air fryer for a homemade bakery-style treat.

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened 1 cup unsalted butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, and 3/4 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in the 2 cups white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined air fryer tray or basket.
  • Set air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F and set cook time for 6–8 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
  • Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for the best texture.
