3largeeggs, room temperature
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
1/2cupgranulated sugar

Instructions
Add the water, butter, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to a saucepan. Over medium heat, melt together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Add all the flour at once and stir quickly and vigorously until a dough ball forms. Remove from heat immediately and let rest 5 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and stir in the eggs one at a time until fully combined and smooth. Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes. Line the basket with parchment or spray lightly. Pipe 2–3 inch bites into the basket, snipping with kitchen shears and leaving space between each. Cook in batches as needed.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden. For extra flavor, brush with melted butter partway through cooking.
Mix the granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Toss the warm churro bites until fully coated.
