Enjoy a delicious, fluffy Air Fryer Coffee Cake with a buttery, crumbly topping! This easy recipe is perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

For the cake:

  • 3 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

For the topping:

  • 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Grease a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
  • To prepare the cake, mix Bisquick, milk, egg, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and set aside.
  • For the topping, combine Bisquick, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Use a fork to cut the butter into the mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the cake batter, then use a knife to swirl the topping into the batter.
  • Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
