Crispy, buttery flour tortilla wedges tossed in cinnamon sugar and air-fried until golden. A fast, four-ingredient sweet snack or dessert ready in about 10 minutes.
Ingredients
4flour tortillas, 10-inch
1/4cupbutter, melted
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1tablespoonground cinnamon
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined; set aside.
Melt the butter and let it cool until just warm. Brush a thin, even layer over both sides of each tortilla.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar generously over both sides, pressing gently so it sticks.
Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the wedges in a single layer (work in batches). If your air fryer has a rack, set it on top to keep the light chips from lifting.
Air fry for 5–8 minutes, shaking or rearranging halfway, until golden and crisp. Check at 5 minutes to avoid burning.
Transfer to a wire rack and cool a few minutes — they crisp as they cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
