Ingredients
Cinnamon Roll Cookies:
1packagepie crust, thawed
2tablespoonsbutter, melted
1/4cupgranulated sugar
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
Icing:
1cuppowdered sugar
2tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Begin by placing the p1 package pie crust on a flat surface and trimming the edges. Use a pizza cutter to shape it into a neat square.
Place melted 2 tablespoons butter in one bowl, and in a separate bowl, combine the 1/4 cup granulated sugar with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Roll the dough tightly, then use a sharp knife to cut into ½-inch thick slices.
Arrange the cookies on the air fryer tray or in a parchment-lined basket. Set air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F and set cook time for 6–9 minutes, adjusting time as needed for your air fryer. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk in a small bowl.
Once slightly cooled, drizzle the icing over the cookies and sprinkle with extra cinnamon-sugar.
