Crispy Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Chips made with just apples and cinnamon — a healthy, naturally sweet snack ready in about 15 minutes with no oil and no deep-frying.
Ingredients
2apples, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Honeycrisp, thinly sliced ⅛-inch thick
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1tablespoongranulated or brown sugar, optional, for sweeter chips
Instructions
Wash and dry the apples. Peel or leave skin on, as you prefer.
Slice apples into ⅛-inch rounds with a mandoline or sharp knife, keeping slices uniform.
In a large bowl, toss the slices with cinnamon (and sugar, if using) until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Arrange slices in a single layer in the basket without overlapping; mist lightly with cooking spray if desired. Cook in batches as needed.
Air fry 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. Watch closely near the end to avoid burning.
Cool on a wire rack — chips crisp further as they cool. Serve or store airtight.
