Description
This is a great and easy recipe for homemade churro donuts. The donuts are filled with the traditional churro coating and make for a great dessert.
Ingredients
Donuts:
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
1/4
cup
butter
,
unsalted, melted
1
tablespoon
ground cinnamon
1/2
cup
milk
1
tablespoon
baking powder
1
cup
all-purpose flour
Topping:
1/4
cup
butter
,
unsalted, melted
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
1-2
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, and ground cinnamon, and milk.
Mix well until smooth.
Spray your donut molds with non-stick cooking spray, and then pour the batter into the donut molds, filling about 2/3 way full.
Set the molds into the air fryer for about 10 to 12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
While the donuts are air frying up, make the topping by mixing the butter, sugar, and ground cinnamon and then pouring over the donuts
