Description

Air Fryer Churro Donut Holes are a quick and easy dessert made from flaky biscuit dough, cooked until golden in the air fryer, then coated in melted butter and a sweet cinnamon sugar blend. They taste just like classic churros but come together in minutes with no deep frying and minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball.
  • Place dough balls in a greased air fryer basket or tray sprayed with olive oil.
  • Air fry at 320°F for 3–5 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
  • While warm, dip each donut hole into melted butter.
  • In a bowl, mix white sugar, cinnamon, and powdered sugar.
  • Roll buttered donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer, Basket or Oven Style
  • Mixing bowls (at least 2)
  • Small brush or spoon for butter
  • Tongs or spoon for tossing
  • Knife or kitchen scissors for cutting dough
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Plate or tray for coating sugar mixture

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket so they cook evenly.
  • Coat in butter while hot so the cinnamon sugar sticks well.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
