Instructions
Prepare the devil's food cake mix according to the package instructions for cupcakes.
Fill silicone cupcake liners ⅓ full. Add 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam to the center of each, then top with more batter until ⅔ full.
Place several cupcakes in the air fryer basket and set it to 320°F on the air fry setting.
Bake for 9–12 minutes, until the cupcakes are cooked through. Work in batches until all the batter is used.
While the cupcakes bake, stir the remaining raspberry jam and the vanilla extract into the frosting until smooth.
Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
Spread or pipe the raspberry frosting onto each cupcake and top with one fresh raspberry. Serve and enjoy.
