Rich, fudgy air fryer Nutella brownies with a crackly top and melty chocolate pockets — made in one small pan, no oven required.
Ingredients
4large eggs, room temperature
1½cupsgranulated sugar
¾cupunsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
⅓cupall-purpose flour
½teaspoonkosher salt
1¾sticksbutter, ¾ cup + 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
⅓cupNutella
2teaspoonspure vanilla extract
4ouncesbaking chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Prep. Grease a 6- to 7-inch pan or line it with parchment paper; set aside.
Mix. Beat eggs and sugar with a hand mixer on medium-high for 2–3 minutes, until pale and fluffy. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt; mix to combine. Add melted butter, Nutella, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate. Do not overmix.
Air fry. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F for 10–12 minutes, until the top is puffed and set with a slightly jiggly center. For a firmer center, cook 3–5 minutes more.
Cool and serve. Cool in the pan until set, then slice into 8 squares. Serve with ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
