Description

Bake rich, moist Air Fryer Chocolate Muffins in minutes with your air fryer. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick chocolatey dessert any time of day.

Ingredients 

  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon baking powder.. Whisk until evenly blended.
  • In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and melted 1/2 cup butteruntil smooth.
  • Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  • Lightly grease 6 silicone muffin cups or ramekins. Spoon batter into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place muffins in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Carefully remove muffins and let cool slightly before serving.
