Ingredients
1 3/4cupall-purpose flour
1cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonbaking powder
1cupmilk
2largeeggs
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/2cupbutter, melted, unsalted
1/2cupchocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour1 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon baking powder.. Whisk until evenly blended.
In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and melted 1/2 cup butteruntil smooth.
Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Lightly grease 6 silicone muffin cups or ramekins. Spoon batter into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Place muffins in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Carefully remove muffins and let cool slightly before serving.
