Ingredients
1banana, ripe, mashed
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1largeegg
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/4cupall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/4cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips, or dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, mash the banana, add vegetable oil, maple syrup, egg, and pure vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chunks.
Spray the ramekin with nonstick cooking spray, then pour the batter in. Filling about 2/3 the way full. Then place into the air fryer basket for 12-15 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
