Grate the 1 cup grated zucchini and use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.
Preheat your air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F (165°C), for 3-5 minutes.
Grease a 7-inch round cake pan or a mini loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
In another bowl, combine the melted 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 3/4 cup granulated sugar Mix until well combined. Add t1 large egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the grated zucchini, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, and Chopped nuts(if using) into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.
Place the pan in the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry at 330°F (165°C) and set cook time for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once done, remove the pan from the air fryer and let the zucchini bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
