In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
In a separate bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently just until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in ¾ cup chocolate chips, reserving the 2 tablespoons for topping.
Grease a loaf pan generously with nonstick spray. Pour in the batter, filling about two-thirds full, and sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips over the top.
Place the pan in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
