Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza is a giant, gooey chocolate chip cookie — aka a pizookie — that bakes in just 12 minutes. Crisp edges, a soft center, and perfect warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
1¼cupsall-purpose flour
½teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonkosher salt, omit if using salted butter
6tablespoonsunsalted butter, softened
⅓cupgranulated sugar
⅓cupbrown sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupchocolate chips, mini
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated and brown sugars until light. Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Generously spray a thin round cake pan with cooking spray. Press the dough into an even ½-inch layer.
Place the pan in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 12 minutes (air fry setting), until golden and set with a soft center.
Let cool a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
