Description

Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza is a giant, gooey chocolate chip cookie — aka a pizookie — that bakes in just 12 minutes. Crisp edges, a soft center, and perfect warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, omit if using salted butter
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • cup granulated sugar
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, mini

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated and brown sugars until light. Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Generously spray a thin round cake pan with cooking spray. Press the dough into an even ½-inch layer.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 12 minutes (air fry setting), until golden and set with a soft center.
  • Let cool a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve warm.

Equipment

  • Thin round baking pan (8-inch recommended),
