Description

Crispy and golden Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets, perfectly breaded and easy to make. Enjoy a healthier, delicious meal in just 23 minutes!

Ingredients 

  • 2 chicken breasts, about 6 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Slice each 2 chicken breasts horizontally to create 4 thinner cutlets.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk the 2 large eggs together.
  • In a second shallow bowl, combine the 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place 1/4 cup all-purpose flour in a third shallow bowl.
  • Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with the panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to stick.
  • Arrange the breaded chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  • Lightly spray the breaded chicken cutlets with cooking spray.
  • Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 23 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the cutlets rest for a few minutes before serving.
