8breaded chicken tenderloins, Aldi Red Bag or Trader Joe's frozen breaded tenderloins
½cupmaple syrup
Scrambled eggs (optional):
4large eggs
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonswhole milk, or heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place the frozen breaded chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal).
Remove the chicken and set aside. Place the biscuits in the basket, leaving space between each. Air fry at 325°F (163°C) for 8–10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Split each biscuit in half. Add a piece of chicken, drizzle with maple syrup, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm with extra maple syrup on the side for dipping.
Optional scrambled eggs: Whisk the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk together. Scramble over medium-high heat until just set, then tuck the eggs under the chicken before assembling.
