Description

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Biscuit Sandwiches made with golden breaded chicken, warm flaky biscuits, and a sweet maple drizzle. An easy 25-minute breakfast, brunch, or quick dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients 

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces buttermilk biscuits, Trader Joe's or Pillsbury
  • 8 breaded chicken tenderloins, Aldi Red Bag or Trader Joe's frozen breaded tenderloins
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Scrambled eggs (optional):

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk, or heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place the frozen breaded chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal).
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. Place the biscuits in the basket, leaving space between each. Air fry at 325°F (163°C) for 8–10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • Split each biscuit in half. Add a piece of chicken, drizzle with maple syrup, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm with extra maple syrup on the side for dipping.
  • Optional scrambled eggs: Whisk the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk together. Scramble over medium-high heat until just set, then tuck the eggs under the chicken before assembling.

Notes

  • Don't overcrowd the basket — give the chicken and biscuits room so they crisp instead of steam.
  • Use a meat thermometer; frozen breaded chicken should reach 165°F.
