Sauce:
2tablespoonspeanut butter
1/3cuptamari
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
1tablespoonsesame oil
1tablespoonschili-garlic sauce
Instructions
Pour the stir fry into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 390 degrees F, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket frequently. Remove when the chicken is fully cooked.
How To Make The Sauce:
Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a large skillet or wok and stir to combine. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and immediately reduce heat to just below medium. Simmer, stirring frequently, until the peanut butter is completely melted, and the sauce is reduced by one-half, approximately 5-6 minutes. Transfer sauce to a bowl and set aside.
When the chicken and vegetables are fully cooked, toss them with the sauce.
