Cube chicken breasts or thighs and chop broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
For the teriyaki sauce, whisk together soy sauce, honey, 1rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Adjust to taste if desired.
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over it, reserving the other half for later. Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
Place the marinated chicken pieces and broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking. If needed, cook in batches.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. If using thicker chicken pieces, you may need an extra minute or two.
Once cooked, transfer the chicken and broccoli to a bowl. Pour the reserved teriyaki sauce over the top, tossing to coat.
